- Want fewer hours coding bank feeds? An AI bookkeeping tool inside your existing stack wins.
- Want your firm to deliver the same workload with fewer fee-earners next year? Custom agents win.
The trap
Most firms buy a chat AI, share it across the team, and call it their "AI strategy." It saves time. It does not change the cost base. Twelve months later a competitor is quoting 30% lower fees on the same engagement.
